How can we help?
Quick answers about setting up your studio, booking lessons, packages and payments, and running a music school.
Getting started
Is MusiKoach free to start?
Yes. Create your account and set up your studio for free, with no card needed.
I teach on my own. Which account do I choose?
Choose Solo coach: one account that runs your studio and teaches your lessons. Choose Music school when you have a team of coaches.
Do I or my students need to install an app?
No. MusiKoach works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer.
How do students find my studio?
Your studio gets its own page and link. Share the link, and students and parents sign up and book from it.
Booking & lessons
How do students book a lesson?
You set your weekly hours once. Students pick one of your open times and book it in a few taps.
Can I teach online?
Yes. Add your Zoom or Google Meet link and it goes on your lessons. Studio lessons simply leave it out.
My students live abroad. What about time zones?
Every student sees lesson times in their own time zone.
What do students get after a lesson?
A short lesson report on what you covered. You can also set goals, mark them "Got it", and give certificates.
Payments & packages
Does MusiKoach collect payments?
No. Families pay you directly by GCash, Maya or bank transfer, and send their proof of payment in the app.
How do lesson packages work?
You set up packages of lessons. When you approve a payment, its lessons are added to the student as credits for booking.
Can I decline a payment proof?
Yes, with a reason the family can see.
For music schools
Can I add the coaches who teach at my school?
Yes. A Music school account runs the studio and adds its coaches, and each coach has their own hours and students.
How does coach payroll work?
Pay is worked out from each coach's rate per lesson and the lessons they taught, for periods ending on the 15th and the 30th.
Can coaches see their payslips?
Yes. Each coach sees their own payslip once you finalize the period.
Can my school have its own website?
Yes. Build your studio page from ready sections and publish it. Families can sign up and book straight from it.
