Privacy policy

What we keep

• Names of parents, children and coaches, and the usernames you sign in with.
• Lesson times, which coach each lesson is with, and whether it happened.
• Messages you write for the coach, and the lesson reports coaches write.
• Your contact email and messaging app ID, if you give them.
• Your time zone and chosen language, so times and pages make sense to you.

Passwords are stored by Google in a form no one can read, not even the school.

Why we keep it

Only to run your lessons: booking times, reminding you, keeping count of lesson credits and sharing what your child learned. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for ads.

Where it is kept

On Google Cloud servers in Singapore (region asia-southeast1). The connection is encrypted.

Who can see it

• The school's admins, to manage accounts, credits and lessons.
• Your child's coaches: your child's name, their lessons with that coach, your messages and the reports.
• You, for your own family. Other families never see your information.

Children

Children under 14 need a parent's or guardian's consent to have an account. The parent agrees to this policy for the family, and can see and change their children's details.

Seeing, changing or deleting your information

You can change your name, contact details and time zone in Account. To get a copy of your information or have it deleted, contact the school. They will delete your family's accounts and lessons.

When this policy changes

We will ask you to agree again the next time you sign in.
